Group Fitness Classes

At Paradise Training we aim to make our group fitness classes enjoyable for people at all levels of fitness. That's why, if you're new we'll monitor your fitness during warm up and tailor your participation to your fitness level.

Spin

Spin cycling burns calories. FAST. On a stationary bike with adjustable tension we will take you through sets designed to maximise calorie burning and improve fitness and strength. Spin classes are held at Mission Beach Surf Club, Kennedy Esplanade, South Mission Beach in an air conditioned room.

Beach Boot Camp

Situated in the park on Reid Road opposite Scotty's we train you in the elements. In the sand, on the grass, in the sea. Rain or shine. What better way to start your day than with the exhilaration of a fitness class combined with the world class view on offer. Beach boot camp will be returning after Easter. Run Group

At Run Group we cater for all fitness levels. Our intention is to improve your running fitness for whatever purpose you have in mind. Whether it's just for recreation or if you've got a race coming up our run group can help. Run Group takes place at the Mission Beach school with a specialised group for children before the adults.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient discipline that uses physical postures, proper breathing, mental focus and conscious awareness to bring about relaxation, peace and freedom of body and mind. Practised properly, yoga can help you develop strength and flexibility, release stress, alleviate structural pain (such as knees, back, neck), feel more calm and centred, regain vitality and interest in life. We offer a range of styles and class levels ranging from beginners to experienced practitioners and teachers. Check our schedule for details of current classes.

Swim Squad

Everybody should swim. From kids right through to seniors swimming is an important exercise. Swimming places less stress on the joints and is useful for recovery from injuries as well as for improving your fitness levels. Our swim squads take place either at Castaways lap pool in Mission Beach or at Tully Swimming Pool.

Circuits

Taking place at the Paradise Gym in Holland Street, Circuits is one of our most popular classes. Build up fitness and gain strength. Exercises take place on and off the gym machines. We use both cardio and strengthening exercises in our classes. By giving different options at each circuit station we can easily cater for both beginners and fitness freaks alike.
