Below is a list of workouts that we have completed ourselves, in classes, or with our clients. It is our committment to
help make Australia healthier so we've posted details about the workouts for you to try yourselves.
Yasi
Warm-Up: 8 ea: Free Squats, Push-Ups, Walking Lunges, Jumping Chins: Repeat 2 x
Run Trial:
200m: easy jog warm up
REST/Active Stretch: 2 minutes
200m: tempo run
REST/Active Stretch: 2 minutes
200m: tempo+/sprint
REST 4 minutes & transition
Main Set
3 minutes: AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
6 MB Clean & Throw (as heavy & as far as you are able)
12 Kettlebell Swings
24 Box Jumps
1 min REST
4 minutes: AMRAP : REPEAT SET
1 min REST
5 minutes: AMRAP: REPEAT SET
